Production & Processing Time
OX Clothing operates on a cut-and-sew, on-demand model. This means your garment is produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Because of this process, orders may take up to 4 weeks to be produced and delivered from the date of purchase.
Production timelines may vary slightly depending on order volume and complexity, but every piece is handled with care and intention.

Once production is complete, your order is shipped using trusted carriers. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

Lost or Delayed Packages
